Welcome to Dynamite Dance!

We are a family run local business and we ourselves have kids who love to dance. We hope we can impart in your children all of the joy that dance has brought to our family.

These are some but not all of our rules that we feel make our studio a smooth running enterprise.

Please feel free to contact us at anytime with any concerns or inquiries you may have. We look forward to a great season of dance.

Tuition

Tuition is based on the 10 month school year and is due the first of the month. We follow the major school holidays and tuition is not pro rated for these holidays.

After the 10th of the month if tuition has not been paid we will charge a $25 late fee.

Please note that Dynamite Dance does offer the ability for you to pay online and auto pay. For the 2017/2018 season we have a $50.00 registration fee.

There are no refunds or prorated tuition for personal holidays, vacations or tuition paid in advance.

Classes must have a minimum of 5 students enrolled or that class will be cancelled. If you do not attend classes for a month or longer there will be a re-registration fee of $25.00.

Attendance

Attendance is taken at the beginning of each class. Please check in with our friendly office staff. It is important that your child a[ends all their scheduled classes. Good attendance is important as absences can hold back an entire class. Late arrival to class should be avoided and we reserve the right to refuse admittance to class if the student is late.

Mixed Class Make-up Policy

If a student misses a class it can be made up within four weeks of the missed class if there is a suitable class available. Please call and speak to the Director for suitable classes. No refund will be given for missed classes. Classes that are cancelled by the studio will be rescheduled.

Recital

Our end of year Recital will take place at the beginning of June. All classes will perform in the End of Year Recitals unless otherwise stated.

Disruptive Behavior Policy

We make every effort to ensure that our dancers can perform in a secure, safe environment. Chronic (constant) disruptive behavior that has been determined as upsetting to the physical or emotional well-being of other student or teachers, behavior that might result in injury to the student or other students in the class will result in dismissal from the class.

Please observe our Dress Code and comply with the stated class wear. If you did not receive a copy of the dress code, please ask at the front desk or we can email you one. Absolutely no jewelry to be worn in class.
